Shipping policy
When you place an order for CBD products through the Swiss Peak CBD website, your order will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address", the driver will attempt one delivery. If you are not there, or if the driver is unable to deliver, the driver will aim to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or will leave at a Pickup parcelshop.
Shipping Costs/Times:
Free UK Next Day Delivery - Orders over £50.00 *(Monday - Thursday) In order to qualify orders must be submitted no later than 2.30pm for free next day delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery - £4.95 for orders under £50.00 *(Monday - Thursday) In order to qualify orders must be submitted no later than 2.30pm for next day delivery.
European Standard Shipping - £9.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products. Important: The buyer is fully responsible for all customs charges, import duties, taxes and fees. Swiss Peak CBD accepts no liability for customs delays, seizures, or any related costs.
Rest of the World:
- International Shipping Zone 1: £15.00
- International Shipping Zone 2: £20.00
- International Shipping Zone 3: £25.00
*Orders placed before 2:30pm will be sent out and will arrive the next working day. All orders placed after 2:30pm will not be shipped until the following working day.
NB: All orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
- Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our product can be imported legally to the customer's location. Swiss Peak CBD will not be held responsible for shipments seized by customs.
Trade Shipping Costs/Times:
FREE UK Trade Shipping - Orders over £250, please allow for 2 - 5 working days to receive your products.
UK Trade Shipping - £4.95 for orders under £250, please allow 2 - 5 working days to receive your products.
Rest of the World - £14.95, please allow 3 - 7 working days to receive your products.
- Rest of the World - International shipping – The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone and basket value. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises Swiss Peak CBD to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
- Shipping Restrictions – Our products can be shipped worldwide with the exception of the following countries: Australia, Bouvet Island, Heard & McDonald Islands, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates.
- Missing or Lost Packages – All our parcels are tracked. Should your shipment not arrive within the specified times indicated above then please contact us immediately at info@swisspeakcbd.com and we will endeavour to resolve this issue.
